Trifecta Health is a private psychiatric office. We are not affiliated with any hospitals or health organizations.
What services does your facility provide?
Our facility specializes in treatment for ADD/ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Weight Management and Substance Abuse.
What type of treatment is offered?
Our practice takes a medication management approach as treatment. We offer a combination of psychopharmacology and psychotherapy.
Does your facility accept health insurance?
We do not accept health insurance upfront. You may be reimbursed for your visit if you have out of network benefits with your insurance provider.
What is the cost of the appointment?
An initial consultation is anywhere from 45 minutes to 60 minutes long at a cost of $350. Follow-up appointments are anywhere from 20 minutes to 30 minutes long at a cost of $200.
How often are appointments scheduled?
Medication management treatment requires monthly appointments. However, each case is unique and appointment frequency will be determined once spoken about in depth with the clinician seen.

Our services
Here at Trifecta Health Medical Center, working with experienced psychiatrist, Dr. Edward Fruitman, M.D., we offer a wide spectrum of treatments, including Adult ADD/ADHD treatments, TMS therapy for suffers of depression, Botox/Juvederm cosmetic treatments, targeted treatments for alcohol and substance misuse, as well as expert medical weight loss programs, all tailored firmly to the individual and their lifestyle as a whole.
Dr. Fruitman offers Buprenorphine/Suboxone outpatient treatment for patients with opiate addiction. For patients that want to control their alcohol use, Vivitrol injections are available upon evaluation by Dr. Fruitman.
In addition to this, Dr. Fruitman offers Ketamine treatment for depression. There is evidence to suggest that ketamine is a breakthrough treatment for sufferers of depression who have been resistant to other forms of treatment, offering light at the end of a dark tunnel.
